In November, 2009 a group of concerned patrons met to discuss the feasibility in forming Hope Dollars for Scholars®. Several people came together and by January 26, 2010 the Hope Dollars for Scholars, located in Hope, North Dakota, was formed and given an IRS 501(c)(3) status. Since that time scholarships have been handed out to graduating seniors.
